2010 NCAA & NIT Tournament printable brackets

Now that the field of 64 teams has been announced for the NCAA and 32 teams have been announced for the 2010 NIT tournament, it’s time to get those printable brackets filled out. There will be an NCAA and NIT championship in 2010 but who will they be? Last year’s champions for the NCAA Tournament, UNC won’t be able to repeat, so there will be a new NCAA champion in this 2010.

Update: It’s 2011, so get your brand new 2011 NIT brackets here!  Also see 2011 NCAA Tournament Brackets on Squidoo!

In the 2010 NCAA tournament seedings, Syracuse, Kansas, Kentucky and Duke earned the #1 seeds out of the NCAA Selections for 2010. March Madness will start for these four top teams as of later on this week, with many other teams looking to play the role of spoilers and possibly become a new “Cinderella” in the Big Dance.

So who made the NIT Tournament in 2010? Surprisingly 2 of the Final Four teams from last year’s Big Dance are competing in the 2010 NIT at Madison Square Garden, with UCONN and UNC both earning 4 seeds. It’s possible one of those two powerhouse squads or one of the #1 seeds could become the 2010 NIT champion. For the NIT, Mississippi St, Arizona St, Illinois and Virginia Tech have earned those spots. They’ll join 28 other schools searching for redemption in the postseason championship tourney.

So it’s time to fill out your brackets for the NCAA Tournament 2010 and NIT Tournament 2010. You can get the 2010 NCAA printable bracket and the 2010 NIT printable tournament bracket at the links below. Good luck and may the best team(s) win!
