2010 NCAA Mens basketball tournament scores & results 3/19

Friday March 19, 2010 marks the second half of Round 1 games in the 2010 NCAA Mens basketball tournament.   Among those competing today are the two other top seeded teams, Duke and Syracuse, as well as Ohio State, Pittsburgh and Purdue.  In early action, West Virginia advanced easily to the second round while #12 Cornell pulled off an upset of #5 seed Temple.  Check the latest scores below.

There are still some NCAA tickets available for select 2010 tournament games.
