2010 March Madness bracket update – Thursday night March 25, 2010, eight teams played in the first four games of the 2010 NCAA Regional Semifinals. Among the teams playing were #1 seeds Kentucky and Syracuse, each looking to advance to the Elite Eight. Also competing were Cornell, West Virginia, Butler, Kansas State, Xavier and Washington.
In tonight’s action #1 seed Syracuse was eliminated by the 5 seed Butler, while Kansas State and Xavier went to two overtimes to decide their heated matchup.
Here’s a look at the game scores for Day 1 of the 2010 NCAA Sweet Sixteen:

On Friday, there will be the eight remaining games of the Sweet Sixteen with Duke, Ohio State, Michigan State and the Cinderella story Northern Iowa teams all competing. By the end of Friday night we’ll have our 2010 Elite Eight for the NCAA Men’s Basketball tournament. This weekend, four games will be held to set up our Final Four, which will lead to next weekend’s games and then the National Championship on the following Monday night!
